Our Adjustable Concealed (AC) Linear strip lighting series offers completely concealed metal shelf supports, hidden wiring, and a concealed power source. This linear strip lighting fixture works especially well in displays featuring drilled holes instead of exposed supports, such as we find at times in custom homes where bookcases are built directly into the wall. Mounting AC fixtures in such an environment creates concealment within concealment, and makes for mystical lighting effects that appear to radiate from within the enclosed space.

 

The Adjustable Exposed (AE) Linear strip lighting series takes the opposite approach, blending exposed metal shelf supports into visible metal shelving or shelving mounts. We designed this series specifically for remodels, new construction, and eclectic design themes that showcase a stark but elegant expression of build and design. As with the AC series, the AE conceals the wiring and power source to maintain the appearance of light radiating magically from the fixture itself, making the decorated display come alive with light that seems to come from within.

 

For Cove Lighting, Phantom manufactures the CM series with a solid, heavy-duty construction that installers can field notch for radius applications. The CM linear strip lighting series works ideally in indirect lighting situations, casting fields of light in measured degrees as opposed to direct beams of light intensely focused on a single object or group of objects. This is one of our most customizable linear strip lights, and it also delivers a stronger current with a continuous feed through capacity of up to 13.3 amps.

 

Our TL, or Task Lighting linear strips function optimally in practical lighting situations or in under cabinet applications. Like our cove lights, TM fixtures allow installers to field notch fixtures for radius applications and offer the same 13.3 amperage capacity as the CM series.  

 

When we began to receive calls asking if we had furniture and bookshelf lights, we decided to modify our proprietary technology to create a linear strip light specializing in horizontal lighting applications. The HM series shelf lighting serves as an ideal source of illumination for free standing furniture, bookshelves, and antiques; and it features solid metal trim with a glare shield for views below eye level.

 

Along the same principles, we designed the Vertical Mount (VM) series of linear shelf lights to compliment the horizontal lighting of the HM series. VM linear strip lighting fixtures offer antique collectors and book lover’s glare free shielding from side viewing angles, creating a field of light around showcased objects and hard covers that conceals the fixture itself.

 

Phantom linear strip lights custom fit virtually any surface, and Phantom manufacturing offers three different lamping options to accommodate the demands of different lighting needs. We also give clients a choice between 12 and 24-volt operation to accommodate the full range of architectural designs we illuminate. Above the low-end fluorescent lamps for clients on tight budgets, we pre-install 3, 5, and 10 watt incandescent lamps rated for 7500 hours or Xenon lamps rated for up to 20,000 hours. We are also very pleased to announce the addition of LED lamps to the Phantom entourage. LED’s burn cool and use only 20% of the power compared to other bulb types and LED light bulbs last up to 50,000 hours!. Phantom LED lamps are ideal for commercial applications heavily regulated by environmental legislation.
