The amount of light that a festoon lamp emits is extremely important. Adequate lumen output ensures an even distribution of lighting that evenly illuminates cabinet interiors and contents. Phantom retrofit led festoon lamps consistently outperform the American Lighting FSL-WW-24 and the W.A.C. Lighting LED-FS-60. At 45.1 lumens per lamp, Phantom lamps are more than twice as bright as competing models, both of which perform at only 19.0 lumens per lamp.
When it comes to task lighting and display cabinet lighting fixtures, this higher luminance creates a much more robust presentation because it dispels shadows.
Efficiency is another key feature that warrants serious consideration when choosing retrofit LED festoon lamps. Selecting a light source with the highest lumen output per watt will guarantee you the very best energy savings without compromising the quality of light.
In the areas of under cabinet lighting and adjustable shelf lighting, this means you can leave your lights on longer without creating a significant increase in power consumption.
At 78.3 lumens per watt, the Phantom retrofit LED 2700K festoon lamp is over 3 times as efficient as the American Lighting FSL-WW-24 23.2 lumens per watt, and it is over 2 times as efficient as the W.A.C.’s Lighting LED-FS-60, which is rated at 31.7 lumens per watt.
Phantom also gives you the choice between three color temperatures. There is the ultra cool 5000K, the ultra warm 2700K, and the midrange 3500K. Compare that to the FSL-WW-24’s 2700K or the LED-FS-60’s 3200K, and you can clearly see where Phantom offers you more options in display lighting than competing manufacturers can provide.
Interior designers in looking for retrofit LED festoon lamps to upgrade the display cabinet lighting for their many clients can take advantage of the diversity that Phantom has to offer. Designers do not have to tailor their proposals to Phantom’s capability. They can simply choose a Phantom option that fits the parameters of their proposals.
Phantom also gives you a choice between 12VAC and 24VAC operating voltages. The American Lighting FSL-WW-24 also gives you these same two options, but the W.A.C. Lighting LED-FS-60 offers you only 12VAC.
Phantom retrofit energy saving LED festoons also feature a cool-touch technology that eliminates forward throw heat. This, combined with their innate energy saving capacity and superior operability make them the ideal cool-burning heat source for cabinet lighting, cove lighting, kitchen cabinet lighting, and replacement LED cove lighting applications.
They can literally be left on day and night without overheating either their immediate environment or the contents they are intended to illuminate.
